Hardware Tests: Don't save files in c:\MIESSave #2065

These folders can get quite large, I just deleted the one on the NI machine. This made the test fail, see https://github.com/AllenInstitute/MIES/actions/runs/8274370335/job/22642437505?pr=2063 in https://github.com/AllenInstitute/MIES/pull/2063. It was ~500GB.

To reproduce:

Open HardwareBasis.pxp
Delete C:/MiesSave
Execute runwithopts(testsuite = "UTF_Configurationhardware.ipf")
Check that c:/MiesSave exists again

We should save the files somewhere next to the pxp
