Time alignment and zero traces and averaging does not work together #4

It depends on the order of how the these operations are applied if it works or not.

This could also be related to us setting the wave offset in dDAQ mode, thus overwriting the time alignment.

The wave offset code was removed in https://github.com/AllenInstitute/MIES/pull/804.

Functionality will be likely pushed into SweepFormlula.
