Macos github actions infinite pending on tgonet #32

The pending occur at

client.connect() https://github.com/Alogani/NimGo/blob/adf1c1e01b762e722b02be1e9ed5ccbf77c1c049/tests/tgonet.nim#L19

Without a mac, I can't run more tests to identify. For now, tgonet will be removed from the list of runned tests for macos
