Cleanup in the use of SystemResource for Event sources in resource registry

Description

Resources we've registered in the resource registry have given the resource type SystemResource. This should be changed to GenericAccessResource.

Additional Information

Using SystemResource were meant to be a temporary thing because there were no alternative when these resources were created.
