skin selection box doesn't display loaded skin name #1

when loading a skin from file, either on program launch or on switching to a named custom skin, the skin selection box (skinSelectionBox) doesn't display the skin name. This has no effect on skin functionality

issue is not consistent, need to find a method to reproduce
