@Sinan-Yavuz In the linear regression and logistic regression sections, could you add at least one example on how to use PVs as predictors?

@tzhangumd I want to add this after we finalize the lm.sdf issues. It may be better to add this with the EdSurvey package update. I'll keep this issue open until I finish this.

I think the most common request is for logit, so I would do that. For lm.sdf, the only use I could see would be a linearized logit model, so just the same regression, but the 0/1 outcome is now treated improperly as continuous--though I'm not sure we should encourage that.
