The goal of the art is be blockchain and artifical inteligence inspired, each NFT should represent the block it was minted in. The art needs to be generative, you can get inspired by Art Blocks Curated, but don't copy their code, if any plagiarism is found, it will be disqualified This is not a pfp , it has to be generative using p5js, canvas or any other tool

The deadline for the submission is 15/01/2024, the winner will be picked by a vote of the holders in discord

This isn't limited to Web 3, any artist can participates as long as they follow these rules

The rules :

• Prohibited countries: Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Syria, North Korea or Sudan; any state, country or other jurisdiction that is embargoed by the United States of America
• You need to use the data inside each block but not neceserly all of it. It's a 9.7k collection, you can add variation using blockhashPickedNumber or in_block_programs
• For submission, you can share a sample of 5 images as a github comment. If you are selected as a winner, the art will need to be CCO and the code at least GPLv3
• Submit 15/01/2024 end of day UTC
• A poll will be created on our holder discord, and once the winner is picked, and the code made open source, the winner will need to share a deposit address from either KYC-ed one of these exchange like Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, Gate

The concept here is that the block data is used to generate city and neighborhood maps. The idea was to combine two forms of abstraction and representation. Block data is the map to financial activity. The nft represents the digital neighborhood of your transaction. Some are small towns and others raging mega cities, just like how certain transactions are simple and others are complex.

The parent slot and block time are used as parameters for the generator and the block height is used as the seed. I am refining the concept but I thought I would submit, maybe it helps others also with their idea generation. For instance, I am using the data to pick the shade of color, but it isn't always the best choice. Generated files are indexed from 0 :). Have to fix resolution and play around with using more block data in the generation, as much as it makes sense

In this submission, labeled bricolage the_ algorithm utilizes the parent slot, block time and block height as source of variables for curve generation. The output is dynamic and fluid, representing the combinations and recombinations between wallets, transactions and blocks, which share common elements but are assembled into meaningfully different arrangements. Financial networks are dynamics, they deserve a dynamic representation that captures their essential fluidity. At its core, Analysoor is about the beauty and symmetry of data, which is best captured in mathematical forms as opposed to simple illustrations. The sound of mint(0 or 1)

Idea

When I read the data set and learned about Analysoor, I heard sounds in my head, sounds about the mint process. This idea made me super excited. So I deside to express the mint process of each ONE through a musical score.Each transaction is treated as a musical note, and when they are played sequentially, a music segment born on the block. And Every picture and every sound is unique in this world because it is sufficiently random through the mint of Analysoor on the blockchain. I think this idea is very meaningful and innovative enough. I can turn the picture into a real sound. I wonder if it can be made into another nft and sent to the holder. This may be more valuable and more convenient for hype.

Mint is done on the Solana chain, so I decided to make the musical staff in Solana's color type

Music staff are divided into two categories according to blockHashDirection.

• 0 - dark theme, and the music key is A minor (a nod to Analysoor, so choose A)
• 1 - light theme, and the music key is A major

• First, determine the number of the tonic through blockHashPickedNumber. For example, if blockHashPickedNumber is 3, then 3 is the tonic number, which is the A5 in music.
• Then, iterate all the mint transaction data on the block, take the first number based on the hash of the transaction data (a nod to Analysoor), and based on this digit and the difference from blockHashPickedNumber, we determine the pitch of the transaction in the musical score. For example, in the case of the hash value "6fSzsLXZXcnLMjvW5dxS9oKeheqTFih7wRrE7fby9wNUkwVAcmtvZcH1LsJyMsKEPzct7cPFUDeJRWyBFJYemP7" extract the digit 6, the pitch would be A5 + (6 - 3) = D5.
• I initially wanted to use some methods to make the sound more pleasant, but I ultimately decided not to make any modifications and let the machines produce their own sounds.
• Of course, the winning transactions are also included in the musical score and displayed prominently.

I simplified the rhythm by using the time gap between consecutive transactions. If there are many other transactions with a longer gap between them, then the note represented by the earlier transaction has a longer duration of the beat.I think it's imaginable.

Title of the Work The power of one

Description of the Work As a fan of One NFT, I've always been fascinated by the eyes in the One avatar. They are cool and mysterious, like a galaxy in the night sky, illuminating everyone on the blockchain. Thus, this piece was born. The dataset I used primarily consists of 'slot' and 'blockhashPickedNumber'. Usually, the slot has nine digits, which I transformed into RGB values to serve as the main conditions affecting the color. The 'blockhashPickedNumber' influences the complexity and brilliance of the graphics. Each stroke represents the encounters and collisions of One holders within the blockchain, eventually weaving together into a grand NFT project. With different 'blockhashPickedNumber', this work can have countless variations (definitely more than 10,000), sometimes resembling an eye, sometimes the paths of Atlantis, and sometimes a galaxy… Let's play together!

"The Tao produces one, one produces two, two produce three, and three produce all things." — Laozi, "Tao Te Ching"

Taiji (also known as Yin and Yang) is the process explained in Chinese philosophy that elucidates the emergence of the universe from nothing, the birth and transformation of all things. The laws of nature are simplified into Yin and Yang to deduce and predict changes. Yin and Yang, two energies in relative and mutual generation, constantly in motion, form the fundamental essence of everything in the universe.

For Analysoor, Zero is just like the Tao mentioned by Laozi (Meta Protocol). Zero gives birth to One: the first NFT collection issued through the Zero protocol. If Zero is the meta-protocol at the protocol layer, we hope One can be a meta NFT at the application layer. It represents the “meta NFT” that can give birth to countless changes, as the "one" interpreted in the Tao Te Ching. You can transform your One NFT into any style you desire at any time, giving it life and even engaging in conversation with it.

Pland takes the first step from Zero to One, and we will attempt to move from One towards infinite.

Back to the art...

Based on the above concept, I chose Taiji (Yin and Yang) to represent One and conceived the corresponding generative art. The following are some sample images showcase my first design:

As planned, I will design 9 basic style images for One, each corresponding to one of the 9 blockhashPickedNumber. The color scheme of each basic style will be randomly generated using the last four digits of the slot number as a random seed. I anticipate that designing all 9 collections will take approximately two weeks of full-time work. Due to the submission deadline, I have only managed to complete the first of the 9 basic images, and the second is nearing completion. All 9 basic styles will be drawn based on the Taiji diagram, and I will attempt to incorporate elements of contemporary abstract art, pop art, as well as ancient Eastern elements such as Chinese ink calligraphy, ink painting, ceramics, and more. The presentation of the 9 basic styles will be as diverse as possible.

I used data from hash nft_mint and blockhash for the radius, and for the custom random function I used data from inblock_program. PAINT PENDULUM

After hearing about the one art bounty and its guidelines to create generative art inspired by AI and blockchain, I thought for a while and decided to tackle the challenge and create generative art algorithm named PAINT PENDULUM Why? Because I believe AI is getting better and better at becoming one with the real world. Same goes with blockchain – we are trying to make it mainstream and user friendly. Pendulum painting takes advantage of physics, which is the science that amongst other things describes mechanical behaviour of our world. Based on this, I decided to merge the real world with what is becoming part of our every day and created the digital version of pendulum painting.

I started with modelling the physics of spherical pendulum. Then I added custom brush, so the paint trace looks more realistic compared to computer generated vertex, but does not look as perfect, which emphasizes the connection between our digital future and our current world.

Each art piece generated from this algorithm depends on the block data. Block hash is being used as the random generator’s seed; average fee influences the colour. Amount of successful and failed transactions dictate the shape of paint trace on the canvas. Successful transactions with most and least fees dictate amount of layers, failed transactions with most and least fees influence how zoomed the paint trace is.

In our project, we draw inspiration from the timeless legacy of Ancient Egypt, a civilization that has left an indelible mark on history. Just as the Egyptians recorded their knowledge and culture through hieroglyphs on clay tablets, we are harnessing the power of blockchain to embed deeper layers of meaning within our digital creations.

Our algorithm for generating images is built from 0 with p5.js, we use edge detection + gradient mapping, noise is generated using brightness detection of the bottom layer.

Each hieroglyph is derived from the formula: hash(slot, tx_count, block time, block height) mod 499. We employ a rich palette of symbols, utilizing 499 Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs represented in the Unicode table, ensuring a high level of variety in our collection. The images feature blockhash_direction – representing one or two hieroglyphs on each image, and blockhash_picked_number (ranging from 1 to 9) which corresponds to colors including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, black/white, and a Solana gradient.

Meta for collectors: by assembling multiple NFT, one can unlock hidden words or even sentences, akin to cracking a cryptographic puzzle. This feature adds an interactive dimension to the art, engaging collectors in a dynamic exploration of INDEX ONE artifacts.

Hey everyone, Solana OG here👋 IRL, I’m a computational research scientist focused on machine learning. I like to think of all of my generative work as a collaboration between my machine and me. Here is my take on ONE, coded with p5js:

I started with the mental image of a motherboard as my inspiration. A motherboard is the central circuit within a computer, and the idea itself sort of acts as the motherboard of this algorithm. The different components of a motherboard serve different purposes for the circuit, just as the different shapes that compose the pieces evoke different feelings.

The overlapping of shapes represents the way that distinct pieces of data are integrated in a computational model. For example, a natural language processor like ChatGPT uses learned relationships between words to dictate attention and ultimately lead to a focused output. These relationships can be represented in a 2D vector space as distance.

From a random sampling of transactions, the first character of a blockhash determines how many groups of shapes there are in the piece and where they are placed. The sum of all characters (assigned numbers by alphabet order) in the blockhash determines color (including background, number of colors in the piece, and order of colors used). These two properties dictate the overall look and feel of the piece, similar to how a block describes the general functionality and sequence of blockchain events.

The vote authority keypair and its sum determines the amount and size of vertical and horizontal glitch. The vote authority must handle many transactions, and the movement that the glitch creates represents this high-speed demand. It shows the challenges of receiving a bombardment of inputs, just like a vote authority, and just like us humans living in this age of big data with more information than we know how to process.

Overall, the collection is unified in its color scheme, making it a cohesive ONE whole: it could depict one community, one transaction, one set of mint s(as is the case here), one idea, one network, one blockchain.

Hello, Greetings from Japan. My concept is "Planet". When I started to create ONE, I imagined only one planet floating in the universe, just like there can be only one mint in one block. No two stars are the same. Of course, the same goes for ONE NFT.

Github only allows uploading files up to 10MB, but the real thing is so much smoother and never gets boring to look at.

It was my first time making generative art and using p5js, but it was a great learning experience and a lot of fun. I would be very happy if my work is selected for ONE NFT. Thanks for reading this far.

In the vibrant digital ecosystem of the Solana blockchain, each transaction and minting event is more than a mere exchange—it's the potential for creation. From this potential arises "ONE_SQLANA," With the tick = 0001 a generative art piece that is as much an artifact of technology as it is a work of art. Showcasing the ability of fair mints in the current botting Meta.This unique piece draws its life from a specific block within Solana's ledger, encapsulating its essence and history in visual form.

The artwork's genesis is anchored in the "slot" — a specific block where the NFT was minted, representing a precise timestamp within the blockchain. The "blockhash," a cryptographic signature of the block, provides a complex palette of data, translated into the the rhythm of its design.

The resulting image is a constellation of dots, each one a pixelated echo of the block's activity. The chosen blockhashPickedNumber, steers the density of the pattern, creating a harmonious balance between simplicity and complexity. This number, seemingly small, is pivotal in crafting the visual representation of the block's singular moment in time.

As "ONE_SQLANA" emerges from the data, it does more than capture a block's essence; it tells the story of a particular slice of blockchain life—a story of commerce, lending, swapping, and financing, all within the decentralized world of Solana that lies within that block transaction . And at the heart of this story is the "winning_tx," a transaction that stands out,A winner is born = 1 successful mint ,its significance immortalized in the artwork's core, a beacon within the generative dance of dots and light.

The visual output of "ONE_SQLANA" indeed seems to be a direct representation of the provided blockchain data and the code. Each concentric circle of dots and hues within the artwork symbolizes the unique data elements sourced from the Solana blockchain:

• The "blockhash" dictates the color scheme of the artwork, with each set of 6 characters translated into vibrant hues, saturations, and brightness values, creating a rich tapestry of colors that define the piece's overall aesthetic.
• The "blockhashPickedNumber" influences the number of primary circles, adding a layered complexity to the art, indicating a higher level of intricacy within the piece.

Imagine ONE City as a digital artwork where each building tells a unique story about blockchain transactions. The design of every building is determined by specific details from NFTs.

Think of the NFT_mint address as a special code that shapes the look of each building. It's like a blueprint that influences the way the buildings stand and how they're put together.

Now, picture colorful waterfalls flowing down these buildings. The length and appearance of these waterfalls are decided by the slot number of each NFT. This number brings a lively and dynamic vibe to the city, making it feel alive and connected.

Some buildings in the city stand out with vibrant colors. These special ones are winners, marked by winning_tx data. It's like a signature or a colorful paint stroke that makes these buildings pop.

Introspection

Introduction

I am excited to present my first proposal for ONE made with React and Three.JS named Introspection. My concept revolves around mixing data visualization in a clean and pleasing way. Block art should in my opinion use has much data available from the block and transaction(s) that made the NFT come alive. It is to my knowledge the only attempt to have a proper visualization of a block on Solana, and maybe from any chain.

Below, I outline the key features of this and most of my next proposals.

Key Features and Goals

• Everything has a meaning. From the width, height, depth of each block (one block = one transaction), to their colors. Their size depends on the token volume within the transaction, the byte size of the transaction and the number of instructions it contains. Blue blocks represents the mint attempts, and in some blocks it gets quite crazy, the green block is the transaction who won the mint, a black block is a transaction that was rejected/errored out. The blocks are arranged using a packing algorithm
• Square Format: Each piece will be designed in a square format, ensuring uniformity and compatibility across various display platforms.
• Visibility at a Distance: Careful consideration will be given to the composition and color contrast, ensuring each artwork maintains its appeal even when viewed from a distance.
• Rarity Factors: Rarity will be derived from a combination of elements such as block ID, metadata, transactions, if the block ID is prime numbers or perfect numbers which are both related and use in cryptography.
• Chaos and Uniqueness: The generation process is crafted to produce chaos/randomness, creating a collection of 10,000 unique pieces. The randomness may be driven by various transactions or block inputs.
• Evaluation of Uniqueness: To assess the uniqueness of the generative system, each of my submissions has been simulated on more than 100 pieces. This is based on the principle that a good sample size for a collection of 10,000 is about 70 samples, as per Qualtrics' guidelines on sample size.
• Dark and White Modes: The pieces will be in dark or white modes, to make sure that collectors can collect the pieces that can look good in a white or dark environment/website.
• Animated 3D View: An animated 3D view option will be available.
• Color Palettes: The artworks will feature multiple color palettes, inspired by famous movies, artists, and the Solana ecosystem. Special palettes are available based on specific conditions.
