[x] Weekly Biospecimen Report- merge to main, shouldn't need to be tested so if we don't have time, don't worry

[x] Monthly Module Report updates- only updated the colors to approved color schemes, just needs to be merged not tested

Great! I'm still working on the Docker setup for the Duplicates report.. I'll try it again in a few minutes
