Prebuilt 9.0 Bookworm .debs on Raspberry PI5 8GB: problems starting wine #144

Raspberry PI5, aarch64, 8GB, Linux raspberrypi 6.1.0-rpi7-rpi-2712 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 1:6.1.63-1+rpt1 (2023-11-24) aarch64 GNU/Linux cat /etc/debian_version 12.4

Installed 9.0-bookworm .deb hangover-libfexcore, hangover-libqemu, hangover-libwow64fex, hangover-wine from the 9.0 Debian bookworm tarball

Problems Description

Installed prebuilt 9.0 Debian bookworm packages

Any attempt to run a program (example below: run winecfg) fails like: winecfg wine: failed to start L"C:\\windows\\system32\\wineboot.exe" 0024:err:environ:run_wineboot failed to start wineboot c000007b wine: failed to load start.exe: c000007b I noticed that the directories ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/syswow64/, ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/, ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/sysarm32/ are all empty

That's https://github.com/raspberrypi/bookworm-feedback/issues/107 So you need to switch to the 4k pagesize kernel
