DarkCold is a very y2k theme. It's glossy, skeuomorphic and has a lot of gradients.
Also on Gnome-look.org (but outdated): link
To use the theme follow these simple steps.
git clone https://github.com/AndreiMiculita/darkcold.git
~/.themes
directory
mv darkcold ~/.themes
2.a. Optionally, delete the darkcold/.git
directory to save space.
rm -rf darkcold/.git
For the Firefox theme:
firefox --profilemanager
You can find it by hovering over the profile name in the profile manager. It should be something like ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxx.default-release
. You can also find it by going to about:support
in Firefox.
chrome

mkdir ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxx/chrome
userContent.css

directory.
cp userContent.css ~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxx/chrome
