Closes #5

Created new event card view for the home page carousel
Added a warning if the user has disabled JavaScript
Changed the strftime formatters to be platform agnostic
Added a template file for the keys json
Made the little info texts on the opportunities page smaller, so they don't break across lines on mobile
Styling tweaks and unification

Changes all look good. There's just a minor thing where an event card might never be loaded if you go through the event carousel too fast (clicking next before the event loads).

I won't be able to fix it until later tonight, so we can go ahead and merge it, so Ryan can make sure it's all kosher with pythonanywhere. I'll make a new issue for the bug.
