Person Detail Page Aesthetic (and fiddly tweaks)

• Made the macro for the little contributor circle items more generic and added an extra text line
• Added a date_joined field to thje User model
• Updated the demo users' passwords to meet the new password requirements
• Added horizontal scroll views to person detail page
• Added dynamic modals to person detail page
• Stopped (or reduced) duplicates when adding users to demo events
• Adjusted styling and ordering on person detail and profile editing pages
• Replaced placeholders with actual user and event images in several places (I think everywhere)
• Made users and events clickable on notifications screen
• More error handling
• Hid calendar tab and pagination controls on search pages
  • Likely won't have time to complete these before presenting :(
• Restored Google Maps widget
