Currently known issues:

[x] combined weathers effects happen indoors
[x] after combined weather normal have no effects
[x] the ship screen is not working
[x] on eclipsed: sun is not visible
[ ] on rainy: there are no puddles
[ ] on stormy: there's no lightning
[x] things are not syncing correctly
[x] combined weathers' weight multipliers are too big

At this point I've got all the major bugs and errors worked out, this version should be good enough for normal gameplay use.

[ ] on stormy: lightning is very rare when combined with Flooded
