Stepvoice Recorder is compiled using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, Community edition. Requires MFC framework, select it when installing VS2015.
Use build_all_vs2015.bat to build program and the installer (created in the install/Output folder).

Please note that BASS license is free for non-commercial use. LAME library is precompiled, located in bin folder.
