I just tested the Plugin, but its not working. Is there someone still active on the development? It looks really awesome and would perfectly suite my needs!

Recently, I test it in Unity 2022.3.8f1c1 URP. It works. You may try the following:

Create a pure URP Project first, and then copy the repo folders into assets folder.
Check the Global Volume, disable all other effects(e.g. Tonemapping, Vignette, Bloom), only enable 'MyRayTracing'. Some post processings may conflict with ray tracing feature.
