magnetique

This repository contains the source code for the magnetique application, presented in the work Magnetique: An interactive web application to explore transcriptome signatures of heart failure. Magnetique is a Shiny application that runs through ShinyProxy on a server at the Klaus Tschira Institute for Integrative Computational Cardiology, University Hospital Heidelberg, Germany. The PostgreSQL database for the application is not publicly available. A database dump for the application is available.
