Moving from indev to regular 1.18.x-dev #65

v1.14.0-alpha1 and v1.15.0-alpha1 are moving to the standard development channel, as most features from 1.17.1 now exist in 1.18.2.

This is a significant set of changes...

Welp, the last commit didn't make CodeFactor any happier about methods being placed around... Fortunately, I don't care!

This is definitely alpha work, the minor cleanup-related stuff can be completed before a full release is ready.
