Backported the following fixes from the 1.20.1-dev branch:

Shelf block performance improvements
Mangrove table no longer missing
Curse items no longer enchantable
Ventus staff can push players / respects KB resist
Accessory items of the same type no longer stack
Summoned meteors no longer crash with an NPE
Gradle script improvements
