Remove ship #10

This PR

adds github actions
backports https://github.com/EOSIO/abieos/pull/120,
removes ship_protocol.hpp and rename state_history_plugin_abi to example_abi,
adds copy assignment operator to avoid warnings on newer compilers,

I would have liked to seen the leap repo PR approved before this was merged in. A discussion should have occurred that merging this breaks users without any solution at the moment due to the removal of ship_protocol.hpp
