Design a workflow-driven directory scheme on aws for storing antelope resource information.

Info required to specify a resource:

• (data origin to assign to source)
• (provider module to access source)
• (interface provided by source)
• = SOURCE FILE

Write stand-alone scripts for use in dagster to progress data along the workflow and ensure resource availability

Open questions:

• python can access the contents of zip files without opening them- but is this true of 7zip? (not locally)
