Map doesn't show up at all on Firefox #59

Firefox just barfs on the whole thing it currently -- WSOD. Sorry @aliceriot :-(

This could potentially be a throttling issue. I'd wire up the CDN version of maps.js before troubleshooting other stuff.

seems to show up locally on my machine - I've got a very recent version of firefox though

@heybenji is this still an issue? if so, could you send me a screenshot of the output in the JS console in FF?
