The volume jumps up for a short while in some songs #10

In some songs, the volume of HWAS tracks (song.hwas mainly) can increase quite significantly, or enough to be noticed, at some point of the song. Might be an issue with the HWAS encoding, maybe something for Evan to have a look at.
