Notes are not synced correctly with song #8

The notes for Hotel California (GH WT) are not in sync with the rest of the song. They end up being quite late while the song's speed appears to be correct.

This also occurs with Through the Fire and Flames (RB3 version.) ttfaf.zip

I'm not sure if this is due to the number of notes that need to be rendered or the same desync as described here.
