Interplanetary Accelerator launching cores to other sectors

The Interplanetary Accelerator should be able to launch cores to other sectors, with predetermined locations for the new cores (i.e. on the enemy base's old core, the other side of the map, etc.)

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

This makes routing easier since there are now two or more destinations where items can go to (i.e. resources on one side goes to one core, while the other side goes to the other core), and increases the amount of items a sector can hold
