Describe the content or mechanics you are proposing.

Simply removing it from the game is kind of a waste of a sprite, so I figure that instead of the acceletator giving access to other planets (which is useless as you can switch planets at any time), it would instead be a sort of landmark or achievement at the end of every campaign on a world.

For example, on PLT, Simply beating the sector would give you special instructions similar to the Ground Zero tutorial that would tell you to build the accelerator at a certain place (e.g. in it's old place before destroying the base).

Then it would tell you to feed it all the nessecary materials, and only then will the "Congratulations!" message show, maybe with the core launching and putting you into the planet map again, showing the other two planets (Similar to the start of a new campaign).

Each planet would have it's own accelerator.

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

Each planet having it's own accelerator provides a very specific end goal for the user rather than just a "defeat enemy here... CONQUER THE PLANET, repeat" questline. I'm playing the Serpulo campaign now, and it feels as if the whole game is just one big campaign that you just have to slog through, rather than being in more bite sized, more handleable chunks.

My point is, that having the control of all three planets as the only main objective makes the game appear as one huge campaign, rather than three smaller parts all pointing to the same main objective, as it should be. This could turn many new players off the game as this makes the campaign seem overwhelming to them, and makes the mood a little more misreable as you go through it.

I feel that it would also make the game lore more streamlined, as there would be a known way that the Sharded is able to launch to different planets.

Lastly, it gives the player more sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, unlocking this massive block at the very end of the game, filling it with resources and going onwards. Adding the accelerator with this purpose in mind would make the transition between planets all the more smoother and overall make the game better, QoL-wise.
