Describe the content or mechanics you are proposing.
A rule that can be altered like a slider to choose how strict you want Logic Processors to be nerfed for your map. Here are the modes you could choose from:
Off - Processors fully works as intended.
Weak - Processors can't configure non-logic blocks or units.
Strong - Processors can't configure non-logic blocks or units, or sense dynamic properties except for Enabled. Radar instruction is disabled.
Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.
It makes maps balanced without completely removing Logic from the scenario. It makes it so Logic is more of a cosmetic category for when you have resources and time to burn.
If you have played for long enough or play on sandbox servers, you've likely found out and saved some logic minigames, like Pong, Cookie Clicker, or hell, an entire game of Chess. These kinds of schematics and more are the kinds you will likely want if you are wanting to chill while enemies are severely underwhelming.
Regardless, this kind of feature is most likely going to be much more viable, since Logic would still be used for fun rather than causing a significant decrease in map difficulty, especially if the map creator denies such use.

[X] I am familiar with all the content already in the game or have glanced at the wiki to make sure my suggestion doesn't exist in the game yet.
[X] I have read README.md to make sure my idea is not listed under the "A few things you shouldn't suggest" category.
