Instead of generating flares omura should generate a new type of unit linked to it like assembly drones are linked to their unit constructors with a separate unit cap for every omura

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

By the time you can build omura you already have maximum flares. And if you don't they will stay where they were build, floating above the ocean and not following you. It's ability looks unfinished and is almost never used
