New type of turrets

There is a new turret, or something like this. It can launch rockets, but if target is more than 20 tiles from the core. It will have cooldown, only 1 rocket per minute. Also they are some of rocket types, like pyrrhotite rocket, plastanium rocket, surge rocket, etc. It takes: 200 units of cryofluid or 500 units of water; 1000 energy units; 350 of silicone and 150 of rockets material (like plastanium). Rocket has 1000 health points and could be knocked down

It will add more strategies and ways of game progress. PvP games will be more interesting and unexpected
