Timestamp field of a player

So, an ability to get the user's timestamp, maybe just an int variable that has UTC shift (e.g. 2 for CEST, -7 for PDT, etc).

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

This way, it would be more convenient to say the unban date for the players on the server with a temporary ban system or send anything with the date in the correct relative time.
