Some new stuff to v8... again

Describe the content or mechanics you are proposing.

New resource - Zirkonium. It is a crystal that is used to imitate diamonds in real life, so it can be used to concentrate light on Erekir, in a turret that i wanted to suggest here too. So the turret would be a laser. It would use hydrogen as a necessary cooler (like Titan) and power. From the power it will make light inside itself, which will be then concentrated by some zirkonium and let the light out as a laser (because laser is just concentrated light). The third suggestion is to add 2×2 floating platforms that can be placed on liquids (as long as they are touching the ground too, basically like pumps and conduits from Erekir). Then blocks can be built there.

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

Zirkonium and the turret will add more flexibility to the game, and the floating platforms will give players a little more space in sectors like Lake or Caldera, or just on arkycite swamps.
