Add "Previous" and "Next" buttons to Core Database Info screens

When viewing the info of an object in the database, there should be "Previous" and "Next" buttons, or equivalent arrow buttons, in order to directly view the info page of the previous/next (unlocked) object.

Additional/alternate method: Allow keyboard arrow keys to perform this task. (In fact, the up and down arrow keys could be used to scroll longer info pages, too.)

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

Sometimes the player is actively looking up and comparing the info of different objects, like different turrets or units of various tiers. Having these buttons will be an immense quality-of-life improvement, rather than having to go back and forth between screens for every single object viewed.

I imagine it will be even more of a relief to have these buttons on mobile.
