Tooltips for individual settings

There are quite a few settings in Mindustry. It would be helpful if hovering over them would show a tooltip explaining what they do. For example, the "auto-create saves" setting was not at all clear to me until explained. It doesn't mention anything about campaign or custom game modes.

Different users may face such confusion for different settings.

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

Having tooltips for settings will help immensely in clarifying the purpose of each setting.
