key bind (or menu button) to automatically focus the view onto the nearest building plan item

often times when playing campaign you find that you planned building something but didn't finish building it, leaving something still in the build planner but you cannot locate where it is, having a key bind to focus the camera on the nearest build plan block would let you find what's still in your build plan and decide if it needs addressing or can be cancelled.
