Adding new mechanics to the set prop command

Update: Set Prop -> TotalPower. Now this command will allow you to add energy to absolutely any buliding, not just batteries and accumulators
Set Prop -> TotalHeat. This command will allow you to add heating to any building that consumes, transports or generates it.

Describe how you think this content will improve the game. If you're proposing new content, mention how it may add more gameplay options or how it will fill a new niche.

This will allow you to create more unique content, eliminating unnecessary fuss. For example, you can create a platformer map where you don't need to put a battery next to the incinerator.
