Shield Bar for Shielded Units

Describe what you would like changed, and why.

When manually controlling a unit with a shield (specifically force projector like shields as seen on Quasar and Oct), one cannot see the current shield health. This can only be done by mousing over a unit, which cannot be done while controlling that unit.

Describe the changes you want to propose. Include possible alternatives.

Change the left side of the health bar to shield health, similar to how when one controls a turret that bar is replaced with ammo.
