The router control easter egg is fun but what if it had some functionality? I suggest that players be able to route items when in the router using WASD. If more than one key is pressed, the items will route randomly between those directions (if valid). If no keys are pressed then the router will function as normal. This feature may be disabled by servers.
Also, the routers contents would be available for the player to see in a HUD, allowing the player to select where individual items are routed.

This would add some features to the router control easter egg and if used in conjunction with logic processors it could improve keypress detection (though I haven't dabble in logic before so maybe this is already possible).
This could be useful in some situations where human intelligence is important (and logic is insufficient or unavailable) such as determining whether to send materials to turrets or to the core based on when the next wave is, or just to have fun controlling the flow of items without having to change the actual base.
