Question about BioNano RefAligner #6

Hi, I am going to de novo genome by runBNG, and I have downloaded BioNano tools (v5122). There are only two files within the tools folder, RefAligner and Assembler, respectively. I am not sure whether RefAligner need to be installed or not. I didn't find any protocol about install RefAligner.

Yep, just now, I made it... No requirement for installation. Just copy the two files to your subdirectory will be fine. Ahah ;- )
