As mentioned in this conversation about moving into A Lab, we should have a schedule of who's going to be the door opener/closer on what days. Our hours should be 09:00-18:00.

This week, July 29-Aug 2:

Mo - Opener: Judy, Closer: Tara Tu - Opener/Closer: Judy We - Opener/Closer: Mike Th - Opener/Closer: Judy or Gavin? Fr - Opener/Closer: Gavin

How can we keep a better schedule and how can we publicize it?

I think we should make a document in the repo about Appsterdam Centraal and there list the schedule and the names and maybe contact information of the people responsible for each day, as well as the name and contact info for the building manager, in case of facilities problems.

When the time comes for 24 hour access, we should do so by request, whereby people who want to work outside of the normal hours can check out a key and take over the management of the space for that additional time slot.

In principle, Wednesday is my Appsterdam day... I can come after the lectures (and earlier when we can do the lectures from A-Lab).

BTW, are we going to do the standup at the end of the lectures or in A-Lab?

@timodewinter: Are you going to pop into A Lab today to pick up the key for Monday or do you want to get it from me over the weekend?

I've updated the FreeWorkspace Doc with a less buried schedule complete with volunteer names, Twitter handles, Github etc. Shall we update it every week?

The Dutch Game Garden is having a game jam this week in our HQ. Anne of Codum said he sent an email to all tenants of the building, but apparently we didn't (or at least I didn't) get the memo. I emailed him to let him know that he should include us in the arrangements of these things in the future so that we aren't caught off guard by the events. It also allows for a cross-promotion opportunity between the event and Appsterdam.

Timo is out of town the next couple of Mondays (biking to Norway, I think??). Tara has agreed to take next Monday, August 19. Who will take Monday, August 26?

If someone is doing the morning, I am happy to do two afternoons per week, from say 13 onwards, sorry I can't do 9 to 18.

I'm starting school on Monday, and I'm not sure what my schedule will be for the coming weeks, I'll probably be able to open&close one day a week, what day that will be is not clear yet. Will let you know when I do.

Since Mike and I will be gone Sept 5-13, who can cover those days? It's fine if you can only do a half day, just be sure to coordinate with someone for key exchange.

Hi All, due to a sudden family event I won't be able to cover from Sept 9 - Oct 9. I can give back my key this Thurs & Friday. I will return and should be able to startup covering my normal Fridays etc. -Gavin

Hi all, sorry to hear that Gavin! I can do tuesday 10 from 13 and thursday12 or friday13, also from 13. Maybe also monday, but I have to check something tomorrow.

Since Mike and I leave for Denver on Wednesday morning, is there someone who'll be at Cafe Bax who can take the key we have?

I can come to A Lab this Friday and get a key.

i could also do a heavier A Lab week next week. I need to be there to plan the PICNIC event with all of the tenants, anyway.

So I could do: Mon 9 Sept, Tue 10 Sept, and Thu 12 Sept.

Valentina, I have a meeting offsite the afternoon of 12 Sept, so if you could also be there that would be great.

Tara, I can take next Thursday Sept. 12th and in general do 1 or 2 days a week while Gavin is away.

Gavin, I'm sorry to hear this. As for my schedule, I won't be able to do this nor next week. Thereafter I will receive a fixed schedule and will most definitely be able to do at least one day of the week. When I know more Ill post an update.

The weekly schedule is always updated on the FreeWorkspace doc but discussed free form here on this issue it appears. At the current moment, if volunteers could help out with Wednesdays & Fridays, that would be great.

@PlayfulPandas Also added you. @spllr Will propose a new team structure called "Vounteers" for Push/Pull only access. Admin should be board-level and higher. Right?

hey guys, I am not a programmer, how do I save the changes? I tried copy to the clipboard, but it doesn't work. Anyway, if someone wants to share wednesday and friday next week, I can do from 13 to 18

We still need someone for Wednesday and Friday morning.

We have to basically pass the keys to each other. I have a key for Mon and Tue. Hristo is going to open for me and I will come in at around 10 on those days (Hristo has a key, too).

Whoever does Wednesday will need to come to A Lab get a key from one of us on Tue.

Whoever does Friday will need to come to A Lab to get the key from me on Thursday.

Should I ask Rutger if he would be interested for Wed or Fri?
