ok, lets take a look at what we already have, and what we want:
All buildings that are used distinctively for different tiers should have a different recipe category rather than relying on ingredient count (see induction furnace for example)
Ideas try to reuse some items as intermediates:

Petrochem buildings could have Petrochem small inline tank as an ingredient. Any building that has a fluid input / output could have a pump as an ingredient.
Hmmm... pumps might be a bit too much, but valves could work...

I am happy in it's current form to fullfill the requirements for the next release, but leave this issue open for when we get feedback/more ideas.
Oil tank is more expensive than gas tank.

All the current angels building use the same (ish) base ingredients (when not in component mode). Dive into the creation of those a bit more to make them more balanced.
Most likely this will break existing bases. Unless we just rebalance the amounts.
Edit by @LovelySanta: Outline of this issue should be only revise the recipes of buildings and machines that are introduced by angels mods and that only for the recipes excluding component/technology mode of angels industry.
