Module Slots Update #230

3-tier buildings should take 1 extra module at each tier (2/3/4):

2-Tier buildings should probably take 4 modules at the high tier (or at least 3):

some of these buildings already have issues with feeding enough fluid to them with minimal modules cough salination plant cough that i don't see the need for more module slots. Advanced chem plant could do with a look in, and for the farms... I think the top tier is fine, but less module slots (possibly 0) in the basic farm... Uniform building designs are not something im subscribed to, especially in angels. Heck, having "less" module slots as you go up tiers would be an interesting balancing act :D

If theyf're fluid constrained, then fair enough... I was origininally going to write this just for the algae farm, but noticed the others while poking around.

which is to say... If they're not all 2/3/4 or 2/4 that's fine, but it does feel like the higher tiers should allow more than the lower ones.
