Steel-related tech depencies

I am slowly progressing with high tech multiplier on tech&components A&B base. I noticed few irregularities in tech tree, latest Dev branch.

• [x] Metallurgy depends on Steel, however no steel-related components are required for Metallurgy-1 buildings. I think it should depend on Basic technology processing, like Mechanical refining do.
• [ ] Construction components 2 depends on Adv Steel Processing. I would make more sense for them to depend on Steel. To make this possible "steel plate -> steel rod" recipe should be unlocked either by Steel or Construction components 2.
• [ ] Automation 2 also depends on Steel, however Assembling machine does not require steel components.
• [ ] Mining Drills 2 depends on Steel, but they require Construction frame 2, so dependency on Construction components 2 would be more logical. Same for Steam Engine 2 and Boilers 2.
• [ ] Chemical Processing 1 has no recipe unlocks.
• [ ] Both Automation 2 and Mining Drill 2 depends on Electronics, but they do not require anything from Electronics.

Fixed. Now depends on Mechanical refining.

@LovelySanta Just that one point is fixed! I believe all the other points are still outstanding.
