Basic Lab disabled

I need to build a PY electrolyzer to advance but the basic lab is missing from the build list that's required to do so. The lab is in the fnei list with basic ingredients needed but "greyed out" To Reproduce Information to reproduce the behavior:

py mods and angels mods are not compatible and shouldn't be used together

Given your missing most of the pymods I'd just remove it. Py and angels do the same things but py is more difficult. Nothing is gained by mixing the 2.
