Suggestion: Space out some of the upgrades like Lab Research Speed or Mining Speed. #983

I have a few proposals related to the way two of the major "improve yourself directly" projects work.

Lab Research Speed Now

1. 256 Prod 1, 128 Green, +20% Speed
2. 256 Prod 1, 128 Green, +30% Speed
3. 1024 Prod 2, 512 Blue, +40% Speed
4. 1024 Prod 2, 512 Blue, +50% Speed
5. 1024 Prod 2, 512 Blue, +50% Speed
6. 2048 Prod 2, 1024 Yellow, +60% Speed

This is a touch weird because you have no lab research upgrades until you unlock Green Science Analyzers, whereupon you immediately research two consecutive technologies for +50% lab speed, then again see a drought until Blue Science, where you suddenly get three in a row.

Lab Research Speed Proposed

1. 128 Prod 1, 64 Red, +20% Speed
2. 256 Prod 1, 128 Green, +30% Speed
3. 512 Prod 2, 256 Blue, +40% Speed
4. 1024 Prod 2,  512 Orange, +50% Speed
5. 2048 Prod 2, 1024 Yellow, +50% Speed
6. 4096 Prod 2, 2048 White, +60% Speed

Depending on whether or not "+60% research speed" seems worth it in the endgame like that, it might even make sense to just shift all the techs one tier earlier than that, and have one that's available using basic labs with grey science analyzers.

Mining Speed Upgrades Now

1. 128 Enhancement 1, 64 Red
2. 256 Enhancement 1, 128 Green
3. 256 Enhancement 1, 128 Green
4. 512 Enhancement 1, 256 Orange
5. 1024 Enhancement 2, 512 Blue
6. 2048 Enhancement 2, 1024 Yellow

These are less scuffed overall but could still stand to be smoothed slightly. My suggestion here is actually moving the earliest ones earlier, because "Steel Axe" name aside, improved mining speed is significantly more useful in the early game before you get bots than it is in the later game. Even by the time you can suddenly research levels 2 and 3 all at once it's not nearly as useful as one of them would have been when you were ripping stuff up by hand five hours ago. It's not like doubling mining speed fairly early game is hugely unbalancing.

Mining Speed Upgrades Proposed

1. 64 Basic, 32 Grey (If that's doable, I don't recall seeing much that used less than 64 science analyzer...)
2. 128 Enhancement 1, 64 Red
3. 256 Enhancement 1, 128 Green
4. 512 Enhancement 1, 256 Orange
5. 1024 Enhancement 2, 512 Blue
6. 2048 Enhancement 2, 1024 Yellow

The last obvious set of similar upgrades would be Toolbelt Researches, but there's five of them exactly spaced between Green and White science, so they seem fine.
