Docs: Deutsche Setup Guide Support

What feature would you like to see?

In light of the recent conversations regarding individuals interested in assisting with guides in other languages, I am compiling a list of setup guides that do not have a guide in the languages for which I am aware of us have volunteers for. I realize this may never be a fully complete issue, but I felt it was a good idea to have this as a recorded issue to strive for.

Currently, I am aware of 4 languages beyond English that have volunteers: Deutsche (German), Español (Spanish), Français (French), and Polski (Polish). I will organize the missing documentation by language, into separate issues because oh boy was this list longer than I expected.

I am going to work on the Archipelago guides over the next days if no-one else already started on those.

No one has said anything specific so far. Thank you for leading the effort, I'm sure we will see more to follow

Depending on how much work it is to convert the translation into it's formatting, I think I might would want to work on it. Starting with either OoT or Minecraft (or other console games if they're being done) I often started to translate minecraft mods, but stopped when we stopped playing them. But it's pretty fun to translate imo.

Most games are similar to set up, and if I/we have one translation, we can change up the rest a bit to fit it.
