Invalid port in archipelago:// link when opening a room #729

Similar to the patch file's meta data including :0 as port earlier (until the server spun up), the archipelago:// link also have port 0. The issue with the link may be bigger though, because you have to reload the page to get the link updated.

What i would suggest as a solution is

provide a way to poll a room's port
archipelago:// links being removed from jinja
archipelago:// links being set through javascript
/connect string being updated through javascript

leaving issue open as "re-opening" a room can still have the old port.
