Bugs & Feedbacks

Report Page

Welcome to our game's bug reporting system! We appreciate your help in making our game better by reporting any issues you encounter. This file will guide you through the bug reporting process and explain the bug life cycle.

How to Report a Bug

To report a bug, follow these steps:

  1. Check Existing Issues: Before reporting a new bug, please check the existing issues to see if the problem has already been reported. If you find an existing issue that matches yours, you can add any additional information or details that may help us understand and fix the problem.

  2. Create a New Issue: If you couldn't find an existing issue for your problem, click on the "Report page" like and then choose the right template for your problem. Fill out the issue template with as much detail as possible, including steps to reproduce the bug, expected behavior, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.

  3. Label and Assign: Once you've created the issue, our team will review it and assign appropriate labels. These labels help us categorize and prioritize bugs more effectively. If everything is OK, we will attach the issue to our private project for futher investigation and fixing.

  4. Engage in Discussion: Feel free to engage in discussions on the issue thread. Our team may ask for additional information or provide updates on the progress of the bug fix.

Bug Life Cycle

Our bug life cycle consists of several stages, from reporting to resolution:

  1. Open: The bug has been reported and is awaiting review by our team.

  2. Confirmed: The bug has been reproduced by our team or has received sufficient information to be confirmed as a valid issue. After this step, the bug will no longer be visible in this repository.

  3. In Progress: A team member has started working on fixing the bug.

  4. Resolved: The bug has been fixed in the codebase.

  5. Closed: The fix has been verified and confirmed to resolve the issue. The bug is now considered closed.

Contributing Guidelines

We welcome contributions from the community. However, we can't provide you an access to our codebase. So, if you want to help us to fix a bug, you can attach your recomendations in the issue.
