As a submodule? Then we could preserve fork comparisons to original mvd. Investigate this new subtree we've been hearing so much about.

We'll be using official scuttlebot implementation with ssb-viewer plugin for its pull-stream interface. It's easier / possible to run alternets with scuttlebot which is the main reason I was using mvd.
