Move all caps to CSS #29

In the transaction table, button contain all capitalized words like "ALL", "SWAP", etc. These should be title case in the DOM, and styled as capitalized with CSS because it's a stylistic choice.

@elite0226 will this be addressed with EJS refactoring or another PR? My understanding is this is a low priority one to address
