flake: deploy to gh-pages via Hercules CI Effect #39

This uses Hercules CI Effects to deploy to Github pages when the main branch is merged into.

This is a draft and should not be merged until https://github.com/ArdanaLabs/DanaSwapUI/pull/34 is merged into main, which is requiring assistance from me to figure out why it won't build in Nix.

After working with @elite0226, we have confirmed that this deployment process is accurate and we're going to deploy this to the main site now.
