Use Netlify as CDN for deploying to production, and generating preview sites for any commit #80

Every single time a commit is made to this repository, a message will appear in the #ardana-bot-announcements channel on Discord. It will contain a link to a deployment of the website for the given commit, that is temporary.

Whenever anything is merged into the main branch, the real website will be deployed at ardana.org, vault.ardana.org and-or dashboard.ardana.org.

The production websites for vault.ardana.org and dashboard.ardana.org are as follows:

There is no technical requirement to merge into the staging branch. This is optional.

I do not have the permissions to remove the now redundant ci/hercules/effects and ci/hercules/derivations required status for the old Hercules checks for this repo.
